My name is Belyse ITERITEKA. I am from RUTANA Province and I am a member of FECABU Church. I took the TMC lessons and I learned many things from the book entitled The Explorers. Before taking these lessons, I can say that I was a citizen of the kingdom of Satan because I was a sinner, a thief, and an adulterer. However, after learning from the books, God changed my life completely. I came to believe in God and He forgave my sins. I now glorify his name.
The lesson that impacted me the most was the second lesson about the characteristics of God. In the book, we find that God is in heaven and that no one has ever seen him. However, He revealed himself through his only begotten Son Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ came on earth as a small baby and grew up to become a 33-year-old adult. He died on the cross because of our sins. He was buried and after the 3rd day He rose from the dead. He is our savior. He went to heaven and sent the Holy Spirit to us to be able to live a godly life and to enable us to fulfill God's purpose on earth.
The lessons opened my eyes. I realized I am a sinner who needs mercy. I also understood the love of God that was manifested through the death of Jesus Christ. Then I chose to put my hope in Jesus Christ Jesus. I am grateful to God because He forgave my sins and made me his daughter and I have eternal life. I ask God to help me understand his words more every day and to take them by heart. May God be glorified forever and ever.
