Pastors' retreats project

At UCCD, we believe that when a pastor is spiritually alive and strengthened, the church they lead becomes vibrant and impactful. That is why we organize pastors’ retreats designed to refresh, equip, and empower church leaders—so they can return to their communities with renewed vision and purpose.

We are convinced that the Body of Christ is called to be an agent of transformation in every sphere of society. For this to happen, churches need strong, spiritually grounded, and visionary leadership. Through these retreats, pastors are encouraged, trained, and inspired to lead with greater effectiveness and integrity.

As part of our mission to support the Church in fulfilling its calling and to contribute to community development, investing in the growth and well-being of church leaders is essential. By strengthening pastors, we help strengthen entire communities.
